People complain about the villagers being too nice but hey man I like that the villagers are so nice because people are too mean irl

had to stay in hospital for a year in 2013 (to 2014), my parents bought me Animal Crossing: New Leaf and it helped me so much through hard times. I just love this game soooo much.

New Horizons came out at such a perfect time. During the pandemic, when everyone still took it seriously. We were stuck inside. My gf started playing Animal Crossing and it put her in a better mood. The music is nice to listen to by itself. It looked like a lot of fun but I didn’t give it a chance until now. I love this game ❤ and it’s definitely helped my mental health. It makes my mornings ☕️ ☀️ and it helped me feel more optimistic and less cynical 😊

what a great video. while i haven't played animal crossing because i don't have a console, i played pocket camp for quite some time and it truly has an amazing healing effect, specially when it comes to anxiety. i usually can not do anything because i feel anxious with the thought that there's a lot waiting to be done, but the tasks in pocket camp are so calming and so easy, they helped me get through my actual daily routine in real life. it's amazing how such a simple game manages to be this healing. loved the video and your channel is awesome too!

Thank you so much - I've also been playing Pocket Camp since it released. It really is just as healing and its so convenient that its on my phone and I can play a few minutes when I need a rest from daily responsibilities. Thank you for sharing!

I watched this video as I am downloading New Horizons, having never played an Animal Crossing game before and not knowing what to expect really, I am now more excited to for it to finish downloading so I can play this before bed! I saw someone post about this video and it was the only reason I had considered even buying it, now I am glad I did. I might try and get my mom into it.

Hi! Thanks so much for sharing! I hope you enjoy it! I've been playing non stop - it offers all the benefits of New Leaf and more :D

@@ScreenTherapy I wanted to come back here just to say I have absolutely been loving Animal Crossing New Horizons. I have probably 100 hours so far and it's been a blast. I really think this was the absolutely most perfect game to come out in a time like this. I normally don't enjoy games like this, I am 32 and I typically play games like Fortnite or heavily competitive games, I love the rush of competitiveness, but this game was just exactly what I think I needed it in my life. On my days off it has been the thing I start doing before I even go to the bathroom. Then I play til my Switch dies and then I play a mechanically skilled game for a few hours but then I come back to this til bed. Thank you for this video for inspiring me to get this game. Had it not been for this video I might not even have considered buying it, but I am so glad I did. I am still in the process of getting my 71 year old grandma into the game but with all the shortages I don't think I will get her a Switch and on the game til her birthday April 14th. Thank you for this video.

@@Poopio I'm so glad you're enjoying New Horizons so much! I've also been playing it non-stop, too, and had to make another video for it, too. :) It's great to switch between different games and media that offer different benefits, I'm glad you found a good balance to help you through this time. I really appreciate your comments, thank you!!
