Animal Orphanage Tour - Inside Nairobi National Park

I took my son, nephews and greater family to the Nairobi National Park for them to see animals up close. I think this is the best way to get children to see animals without the hassle of a game drive.
I find myself conflicted though because having been on a prop[er game drive and by that I mean Masai Mara, i can feel these animals are a shadow of their true selves because they are not free. Unless for medical purposes i don't believe zoos or spaces like these should exist especially for carnivorous animals like the cheetah, lion and leopard.
