Just him working out, cooking, eating his meals, grocery shopping, talking about his daily life, explaining about nutrition, getting a haircut and etc is what motivates me and at the same time is very relaxing to watch. More vlogs please!

Your insights and routine have become the cornerstone of mine. Following a tibia fracture I wasn't able to lift the same. This has helped me gain the strength and size without squats, but use split squats following leg extensions plus much more that I've been able to apply to every lift. Thanks Evan.

Even though this is an Animal vid, the simplistic filming here makes it more organic and real. No fancy editing /cuts/intros/sound bites and all that excess wankery. With head out of frame, back turned to the cam, heavy breathing. . It's those small things that make it more engaging. And no one else to do it better than Evan. Foam rolling is so underappreciated with most titan lifters. I feel it needs more attention.

this is so true. im Evan's age exactly and these days i always have hip pain, i have to warm up longer, i now do more assistance exercises. i also cant squat much anymore after not doing them for 3 years i got even weaker in my hips. now after getting back into it, i have to follow a more westside routine with focusing on assistance work just because im so tight and my joints hurt all the time. i never had these issues in my 20s either but when i hit 30 i noticed it starting. im also in the market for a belt squat for the reason Evan mentioned. i cant get my quads pumped much anymore without my hips hurting. this is good advice.

Been following Evan since I had a complete quad tendon rupture on 12/31/19, surgery on 1/10/20. I'm back to work and training. Horrible injury and left leg immobilized for 12 weeks. Just built 300 feet of stairs on the side of a 55 degree hill, my quad was sore but was the ultimate test for the injury. Lost lot of size in my quad but confident I will gain it back! Surgeon hates leg extensions but I think there needed

Evan, thank you very much for all of your great videos. I’ve been following you for years and you are just a wealth of knowledge. I heard you talk about injuries. I’ve been bodybuilding for 15 years, but for these past three years of training I began aggravating my back during squats, deadlifts, and even hack squats. An MRI of my lower back was done and found out I have four herniated discs. My workouts since have not been so great and I no longer have the physique I had prior to my injuries. I miss doing squats because it was a key workout that kept my legs massive. In your expertise, are there any leg workouts I can do (aside from the ones I mentioned) to build muscular legs again?

The point where you talked about amino dosages hit a chord with me. Not aminos but your animal meal has a full amino profile and since taking it 2x a day for the past month I’ve experienced that fullness and all day pump you spoke about. I know it’s more calories, but I’ve taken countless protein powders, also carb cycling and the sustained fullness and also tightness is noticeably increased with the animal meal thrown into the mix. Not to forget it’s delicious. It obviously works for me so I’ll be sticking with it. Thanks.
