drugs do have much to do with it but just cause they eat a lot doesn't mean they're going to get fat it depends on the person and what they are eating and if there implementing cardio into there training routine there's much more to it than just genetics and drugs buddy.

he's usually not this lean year round, he cut 22 lbs or so for the meet. and of top of it, his workouts are pretty high volume, high intensity for the most part with lots of accessory work
