This was an absolute delight to watch! Earlier this year I watched the video of Kemosabe in his tree fort, and I was obsessed with the little noises he makes! A couple weeks later, in early March, I adopted a hedgehog and decided to name him after your tree porcupine. Now we have our own little Kemosabe.

Kizmit doesn't do the grumble and mumble like new world porcupines do. She's pretty straight forward whey her communications, quiet when she's happy and huffy/rattle/stomp when she's upset.

Also, I got a pair of the Kemosabe earrings last year and love them. People are always shocked when I say they are real quills (followed by me reassuring them they were humanly gathered by naturally dropped quills from an animal sanctuary).
