In this video I show how you can take a single image, with a plastic tool mesh attached to it, and "cut the mesh" so that you can bend part of the drawing over itself. For this example, with Fry from Futurama, it means I can bend his arm and show his forearm going in front of this upper arm. I also show some other Plastic Tool tips including how to adjust the mesh; how to change the stacking order of the mesh, to move part of a drawing in front/behind of another; how to set the animation pacing, to set the plastic tool animation from 1s to 2s; and how to limit the rotation range of a bone in a plastic tool mesh.
