The thing about Mother Gothel's death is that she didn't even need to be sent falling out of the tower. She used the magic of the flower/Rapunzel's hair so many times that when it was finally lost(meaning when Rapunzel's hair was cut), she just rapidly aged to dust.

I think there's a rule that (most) Disney heroes need plausible deniability so they're not the _direct_ cause of the villain's deaths, so that's probably why they made her fall.

Let's also not forget that at the beginning of the movie Gothel was an old woman at the beginning and used the power of the golden flower to stay young for hundreds of years and that when the queen was cured with the flower, when Rapunzel was born she had somehow acquired the power. of the flower and kidnapped it to take advantage of the same power that the flower had and that when Eugene with what was left of his strength because he had been seriously injured, he cut his hair and thus his power was gone and Gothel had aged very quickly and his death was inevitable because he must have died many years ago because he no longer belonged to the mortal world and he turned into dust when he fell from the tower.

Ya know, Syndrome is a sad case. All he ever wanted to be was a hero, he idolized Mr. Incredible and wanted to be just like him, however Mr. Incredible always treated him like a burden. That eventually made him think that no matter what he did, no matter how hard he tried, he would never be good enough for anybody and that his favorite hero hated him. Of course he was a child and was putting himself in deadly situations constantly to try to have Mr. Incredible take him on as a sidekick and Mr. Incredible was just trying to make sure he was safe. Only he didn't see it that way and grew up hating him from that point onward, if he couldn't be a hero, he would be a villain. He was a damn good villain too, a lot of big heroes fell to his robots and when they didn't he would build another with counters to that hero's strengths. However this path would also see him killed by the very hero he once adored, maybe if he had gone about things a different way or if Mr. Incredible had let him catch a few bad guys with him, he would've been a hero or at least a stand up citizen. Truly a tragic tale, yet one as old as time

If Mr. Incredible hadn't put forth the effort, the bomb on Buddy would have gone off when he was just a kid, ending his short misguided life. He was just... too eager. Too eager to be useful. Though his only actual usefulness came from reestablishing heroes after the government had shut them down. He tried to destroy what it meant to be super, only to give rise to the supers again without him. Again, he was eager to be useful, too eager to play hero both times, even in his fabricated hero story in his adult years. He was more useful as a villain than as a sidekick. He only ended up benefiting Mr. Incredible in the end, when Mr. I was in such a deep depression in his own life. Seriously, Syndrome found him when he got fired. If Syndrome hadn't done anything, hadn't existed, Mr. Incredible's life would have come crashing down. Instead, he gave him his purpose back.
