Something the movie doesn't say is that Jack and Pitch suffered a lot before they became spirits (don't know what else to call them) because the more they suffered unjustly in life the stronger they are when they became spirits. Pitch was originally a hero who defended his home world (yes he was an alien) for so long he eventually slipped up resulting in his world's destruction (this is before he became Pitch) and was reincarnated as Pitch Black by The Man on The Moon with task of making Pitch spread fear. Jack was an alien called Nightlight who's story is almost identical to Pitch's. The difference is when he died, he asked The man on The Moon to reincarnate him as a human and the movie tells us the rest. Rise of The Guardians has Tolkien level backstory.

Sorry but in the Dreamworks' movie universe Tooth Fairy literally says in the script, "We were all somebody before we were chosen." which means every guardian chosen was once human. Though the person who wrote Bunny´s character disagrees with the statement within the movie but I think the solution it could be the human version of Bunny wished to be a bunny instead of a person and maybe Tooth fairy granted that wish. So yes Tooth Fairy confirms moviewise the Guardians are capable of dying

Not to mention he was gonna brainwash the entire world when he got 5 stars, which he temporarily achieved before Mario messed up his final show, causing his stars to go down slightly. I would give Mr Puzzles 4 death sentences for each of his “shows” before the Puzzlevision movie, and a life sentence for attempted mass brainwashing in the Puzzlevision movie.

I have to ask, would Rameses be responsible for the infanticide? It was called for by his father and was only a one-time occurrence. The slavery was perpetuated by Rameses so he would get the charge, but he never ordered the infanticide shown in the hieroglyphs as that was at the beginning of the movie when Rameses was still a child. So I would not charge him for the crime and solely put the infanticide charge squarely on his father.

Im not sure if this is relevant to the Colonel, but at the time the US was at war with many native tribes. So Little Creek would be a war prisoner, though before the Geneva Convention war prisoners were treated pretty horribly. In those days torturing prisoners was frowned on but not illegal.
