Despite the organ being harvested is the same one, given the inherent supernatural nature of the crime, I move that the offence took place as two separate acts, and therefore is not covered by the statute of limitations. Furthermore, double jeopardy and statute of limitations do not cover for crimes with a maximum sentence over 6 months (depending on the state and country)
