You are an absolute all-star! Thank you so much for these! That was such a extreme jump from just the rigging, to actual animation and now I see it! Thank you so much! Off to animation!

Loving the lessons. Subscribed and got your Sonnie character so I can learn with the example given. But a QQ. I must be missing something as this video (Animation Basics Part 17) appears to jump from a bouncing ball, then a short promo for subscribing, right into animation lesson 3 where we are rotating Sonnie. Did I miss something or this is how it is? Thank you!

@@deadchannel9033 I won't be, but I will be animating a scene later in the series and by the time you have followed the animation tutorials (more to come) you should be fully equipped with all the skills you need to do it yourself :)

Thank you Sean for these Tutorials! Im wondering if its possible to activate an animation via a button click instead of an slider?
@DrawnSean Жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching! Not sure what you mean, for the timeline playback?
@Bijouhhxx Жыл бұрын
@@DrawnSean hey, no I mean: lets say you animated the char from a normal pose to an angry pose and now you want this animation to be played at some point in the timeline but without copying the keyframes to that point in time but instead of that you just press a button and the animation is put at the time you set in the timeline. In after effects there is a plugin that triggers for example the angry animation by just clicking on the angry button. I hope you get what I mean.
@DrawnSean Жыл бұрын
@@Bijouhhxx Ah okay, I think I've got you. The closest thing to that would probably be to save your pose/animation into the library so you can just drag it in whenever you need it. I'll be covering library stuff in an upcoming video. There's also master controllers where you can have expressions and poses saved to a slider.
