I have returned to reference your series for every character I have rigged in Harmony. Super helpful. Absolutely the one and only Harmony tutorial I would recommend to anyone. My only suggestion for any future tutorials would be to maybe drop the background music cuz it did get quite old after countless hours of following along.

Heyy man How do I stop the hand substitution on one arm affect the other arm…this has been a headache for me please help

Select all nodes of the part you want to copy over, such as the arm. In the top left node view menu select nodes > copy nodes drawings only (not timing). They will share subs but won't change together.
