"cold enough" is usually the thing. If it's some sort of super power, it can be shown as cold enough to break metal like glass, and then when it's used on a person it's only normal freezing temperature, without any explanation as to if it's harder for them to make it extremely colder or not.

Last meme's Anime for adults includes Azumanga Daioh and Lucky Stars (sadly I am not familiar with the last one), both of which include a lot of references to older media and jokes that you just... wouldn't get unless you've experienced them yourself, or are familiar with the things that they reference. The art style and the setting are there to contrast on the themes and what the characters are talking about. I recommend watching Lucky Star, it's very nice and nostalgia inducing to see what the characters get themselves into, and if you like that show, then Nichijou might be also to your liking along with I don’t understand what my husband is saying, Wotakoi and The masterful cat is depressed today too, but be aware, sometimes the happenings will hit you like a ton of bricks and you will feel pain. What kind of pain it will be, fully depends on yourself and how you feel about certain topics.

Couple things about Asuna cause it's brought up multiple times in this video and in general, often. Asuna had a rich family, so she was well taken care of during the events of SAO. Kirito's family is dirt poor, so they probably only got the public health service. As well, when Asuna is behind those bars. It's a video game. She's locked in there via programming, not physically.
