How to Play:
In the connection round, The players have to find the connection between 4 seemingly unrelated clues.
The less clues they see before they make their guess the more points they receive.
If they get it wrong, their opponent will see all the remaining clues and have a chance at a bonus point.
In the sequence round, the players see up to 3 clues and have to figure out what comes fourth in the sequence.

Corrections & Clarifications 20:35 I say that Kids on the slope is a manga by Shinichiro Watanabe but the anime is by him. i am a fool. the Anime is based on a manga so the sequence becomes "original anime by Shinichiro Watanabe" instead, which still works. :)!

My Thought for the Ichigokurapikasuma sequence was: Dead Mom Dead Parents Dead Clan/Family Dead Race I dont know enough about dragon ball to say for sure if gokus parents are dead, and I dont know any last survivors of like an alien race off the top of my head, but would this have been correct? Also Im pretty sure blackbeard works for The Buggy's progression as well

That's not really a sequence, just a loose connection that they all have dead something. Mom -> Parents -> Family, isn't really a clear cut pattern, i guess maybe if you're going for increasingly larger amount of dead relatives but it's a little too abstract, and also goku also has more dead relatives as well as most of his race is dead haha. but yes blackbeard works for buggy too!
