There are 7 elements in game, 1. Dendro(Plant)- Yellow Green, strong green like plants (Newly introduced) 2. Anemo(Wind)- Dark Green, Green, Pale Green, Bluish Green 3. Geo(Rock)- Yellow, Golden, 4. Generally speaking, the colours are just: (lime) green (Dendro), turquoise (Anemo), golden yellow (Geo), orange (Pyro), blue (Hydro), purple (Electro) and light blue (Cryo). For some characters the element colors might be tweaked slightly like Yanfei's scarlet, Yae's sakura pink, Xiao's deep teal and Alhaitham's bright emerald green

14:43 You were actually spot on with him gaining the pyro infusion. Wanderer’s E ability allows him to fly up and gain buffs depending on what element he comes into contact at the moment of casting ( in this case it was Pyro from the Fatui Gunner and Hydro from the rain)

I love the way you *actually* go back and analyze the Demos. Every other person doing videos like these just mostly kinda talks over the Demo and misses a lot of details, and then says "What does this mean??" So that sort of annoys me. This was a breath of fresh air in that regard. Glad you like the Demos! Though it did catch me a bit off guard when I noticed you started from the latest ones to the oldest ones lol. Good video :) 14:55 For this one, the reason it was blue was because it was raining, and since rain = water, and water = hydro element, he got a hydro elemental buff. 35:16 For those buds, they appeared only because it was, once again, raining. When you add the power of Dendro (essentially grass) together with the power of Hydro (water) it creates those buds.

The little green buds u saw in tighnari's demo are actually caused by his element: Dendro, the newest element. They do explode and deal dmg. Any dendro character can produce it like collei, nahida, alhaitham (yes he's dendro not anemo) or yaoyao.

You probably already noticed, but you watch these backwards from the newest to oldest, but other than that, I really like that you analyzed these demos :D Some funfacts to explain some of what you've mentioned in this video: - 1:50:35 Childe/Tartaglia is actually amazing with AoE. He is by far still one of the best main DPS/attackers when it's against multiple enemies. He has this mechanic called Riptide that marks enemies and causes AoE damage when the marked enemies are hit again, and the mark transfers to nearby opponents once you killed one and it explodes. He also has quadratic scaling, which means that the more enemies there is, the stronger his attacks are, and it's insanely satisfying to shred enemies at once with him. There's one event where enemies spawned non-stop everytime you kill one, and people with strong Childe (and good ping connection) can just kill one enemy and his riptide and quadratic scaling will continuously kill the newly spawned enemies non-stop for quite a long time while you just stand there and watch. And yes, he can switch weapons with his skill, so you can play him ranged stance with his bow, or melee eith his skill. Some people find it really hard to use him because there's cooldown when you change his weapons, but once you understand how to manage it, he's really strong even up until now despite being one of the earliest characters to be released. - Ayato's sister is Ayaka. You mentioned that they have similar quick skill when sheathing the sword, and that's because they are trained with the same sword art. But those are not their skill, it's just their attack moves. I'm surprised that you actually noticed it though! Also another funfact about this, Ayaka's charged attack is the same as Ayato's last attack move, while Ayato's charged attack is the same as Ayaka's last attack move. - Visions are the glowing orbs they wore with the symbols representing their elements. It's the thing that grants them the power to weild elemental powers. I think you already know some, but there are 7 elements in Genshin, which are: Pyro (fire), Hydro (water), Cryo (ice), Anemo (wind), Electro (electricity/lightning), Geo (earth), and Dendro (plants). Dendro is actually a new addition. It has been teased and shown from the beginning of Genshin, but only by the 2nd half of last year did the very first playable Dendro character was released, along with new elemental reactions between Dendro and other elements. Alhaitham (the very first demo you watched, and the newest character released right now) actually is a Dendro character not Anemo (wind)

Doesn't seem forced or fake unlike the other reaction vids I watched before. And I like that you actually pay attention and analyze the details and the character's skillsets. For visions, the symbol on them shows what element they use, the shape of the vision itself just shows the region the person was in when they obtained it. The vision faruzan has is one for sumeru, venti's is a vision from mondstat. Basically same element but different region = different shape

OKAY, so he had so many questions so I’ll answer the general ones. Visions: the gemstone like sigils that usually have a pattern on the inside(Visions can be in 7 different colors) light cyan: Anemo(wind) Yellow: Geo(stone) Purple: Electro(Electricity) Green: Dendro(Plant) Blue : Hydro(Water) Red: Pyro(fire) White/light blue: Cryro(ice) Playable characters with no visions: Characters like these are known as Archons(gods). There are 7 gods in total, we have only been introduced to 4 so far. 2 of which carry FAKE visions. The anemo god and the geo god carry such items. There are 5 weapon types in the game.(Sword, Claymore, Polearm, Bow, And catalyst.) Character ages: Gods have eternal life, unless they are killed. The Anemo god has lived around 2,600+ years. The Geo god is the oldest around 6000+ years. The electro god is about half that at 3000+. And the Dendro god is the youngest of all at 500+.

I'm sure someone else answered but yes you can mix elements. They're called elemental reactions and they're probably the main mechanic to consider for the combat in the game. You can have up to 4 characters in your party at any time. There's different effects if you have multiple characters of one element or if you have four different. Many characters abilities compliment each other so its fun to mix and match and create a bunch of different ways to play the same characters. Also, awesome, you noticed the similarity with Ayaka and Ayato's style of using the sword. They also have the same last name, She's the sister he referenced in his trailer.

I've seen a lot of Character Demo reaction vids but you pay as much attention to them as people who've been playing for years! It made this video so much more interesting to watch. Definitely deserve a sub. :) btw, the reason a lot of the trailers at the beginning were for Dendro (green plant) characters and then there were none later on is because it got added very recently and so they've released a lot of Dendro characters for the new region, in case you were wondering.

nobody in the comments is mentioning it so, arataki itto(58:46) and ryuji(from persona 5) shared the same VA, max mittelman. as a 2yrs old player i enjoyed watching your reactions! added note is that kuki shinobu(39:55) and arataki itto is in the same gang. itto is the leader and kuki is the deputy leader. but she she acts more like the leader because itto = himbo.

1:24:59 it looks like he has multiple elements because one of the common features of many Anemo (wind) characters is their ability to "Absorb" in one way or another other elements into their own attacks. You could see it with Sayu's roll turning from teal to blue when she touched the river's waters at 1:19:15, Wanderer's back ring lighting up with different colors of the elements around him, etc.
