Didn't expect to see you here lmao, but yeah Goodbye Attack On Titan. Its been fun...
Pay attention to the lyrics starting at 0:29 Let loose like an Arrow - Opening 1 (Crimson Bow and Arrow/Guren no Yuumiya) The slave that once dreamt of freedom - Opening 2 (wings of freedom/Jiyuu no Tsubasa) Watched many offered hearts pass on - Opening 3 (Dedicate our hearts/Shinzo wo Sasageyo) And became a bird drenched in red - Opening 4 (Red Swan) The path paved with corpses - Opening 5 (The path of longing and corpses/ Shikabane no Michi) Reaches the Ocean on the heels of war - Opening 6 (My War/Boku no sensou) With the rumbling of the earth in toe - Opening 7 (The rumbling). Revo is a musical genius and honored all the past openings in a seamless way, even ones he didn't make. The perfect group to finish this series!

i remember watching this a decade ago on Netflix in my fathers bedroom and opening a whole new world of shows to myself and now here i am at the very end having seen how it all comes to a close. This show has had me in a vice grip for so long and its bittersweet to see it go, ill never forget the journey i was taken on and i thank everyone involved for the massive amount of effort they put into this masterpiece

I feel a bit sad that I wasn't here since the beginning and also that I the series has ended but l am glad I got to know about this story it changed my perspective of life. I wish I could have experienced the story for a bit more tho. Unlike others I saw the story in continuation and didn't experience the hype of waiting and discussing as much but I still love this story nonetheless. Its a masterpiece.

@@beatricegomes1205 I dont think the melody is similar to akatsuki no requiem, i believe its an original melody. However, you are reight, the choir used looks like the same, although this same choir can be heard in shoukei to shikabane no michi and a few other songs if i recall. I wouldnt say is a reference exclusively to akatsuki no requiem The only song being referenced i can note, besides the guren no yumiya theme which is used in all of snk songs with this same style, i believe, is saigo no senka. The melody at 2:05 of this opening's full version is the same as one of saigo no senka's melodies i cant hear any other reference in this opening which is weird to me. Shoukei to shikabane no michi referenced more sons than this opening's song, saigo no kyojin
@Kaplykos Жыл бұрын
@@asfdirt turn on the captions and you'll see how it actually references every single opening. Also, the full version has a part that borrows Saigo no Senka's chorus that goes insanely hard

It’s the parallel of Opening 1 and everyone lining up against the Colossal.
@vDREEGONv Жыл бұрын
To be honest I like the animations sure but the song itself at that part progresses way too fast and ends way too suddenly. Since it's the final opening it should have stretched that last bit and had a more lingering outro to really let you feel all of that emotion from knowing this is the final ending (Also it should have played in the actual episode, that is problem number 1).
