Everything GREAT About: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean

I have absolutely zero clue how it happened...but this video wasn't meant to go up when it did at all, but KZbin obviously decided to just...put it up lol. Regardless, since I'd done compilations of all prior JoJo seasons it occurred to me recently that I hadn't done the same for Stone Ocean, so here you are, EVERYTHING great about Stone Ocean all in one! Now you know why this is my fav part; despite me knowing very little before the anime. I read the wiki on it catching the major twists and seeing its end. Then I watched multiple vids on you tube where I learned how polarizing the end was for the fan base. I got hyped to see how anime fans would take it. In short Anime Wins. Not heard a single complaint from reactions to it. The things I like most for this part despite knowing roughly as much about part 7 and 8; is this ending we got. We all know Araki loves his music references to have so many... but did you realize that the battle before the final reset. Music reference. intentional or not; its a pun of one. Video killed the the radio star. Let me spell it out in case its a bit to vague. VI=6 DIO=Pucchi Killed the RA=stardust crusaders DIO=Dio Brando STAR=Jotaro Pucchi killed Jotaro; Jotaro was from Part 3 originally where DIO WAS IN EGYPT and RA is an Egyptian God. As soon as I read Pucchi killed Jotaro I caught the reference. Araki to 5D chess that pun; made me love part 6 as I felt he put the most personal effort into it in order to pull off that pun.

Those who died never came back. Their names are different and they have no memory of the whole generation fight. This is the reason the kid cried cause even though they looked the same they were different people. Part 6 has a bittersweet ending.

No I saw it as complicated reincarnation... true that's because I still do not get the fast forward power exactly and so I see it as a future timeline thingy. But its my fav Part ending of the 8 to me. That could change once they are animated but for now 7 and 8 are unclear to me altho 7 makes more sense kinda.

just so you can be at peace: araki confirmed that, by the events of stone ocean, joseph was indeed still alive. which means polnareff indeed granted him a very long life at the end of part 3 "I wish you a long, long life!"

Since you mentioned how Jolyne's VA had always wanted to voice her, I thought I'd mention that (if my memory is correct) the same goes for Jotaro's.

I was really sad that you didn't acknowledge how weather report's piano playing was actually accurate to how you play the melody in real life. Not many animations actually succeed in doing that.

So two notes for part 6. One: Joseph is canonically still alive. And two: the rough part about part 6 ending is that the people we see arnt our gang, they are proxys. They are alternatives that got to live better life's, lives where the jojo's weren't needed, which is sweet, and as good as you could hope for but the main crew did and are dead. But their deaths let these replacements live happy lives

I think you should do dead space downfall its a great movie and while I dont think it is technically an anime it is animated and highly HIGHLY underrated. P.S it would also be something relatively quick and easy before you go into another series.

Ah if only they knew how easy it was to beat Pucci. To bad they didint have a bunch of glue XD So far the anime does seems a lot better to bear then the translated manga scans. Looking forward to actually getting to see this when it hits bluray. I have my issues with the story but Im so grateful Araki gave us Weather, Earmies, Anasui and FF!
