Often known for talking about the plight of dalits in India, Mandal has often seen himself in controversies for voicing out strong opinions on social media sites like X.

This podcast is so absorbing, revealing and comprehensive that I could not resist watching it until the end. Prof Mandal is real gem. His knowledge on the subject is simply outstanding. It was a great pleasure listening to him. I liked his starement 'Congress is a disruptor not Narendra Modi'. He put his stamp of approval on most of the tasks achieved by NDA goverment under the leadership of Modi ji. Congress needs to be outrightly rejected by the masses for at least 25 more years so that the continuity of progress is ensured.

The guest has researched very well and speaking with the information he has gathered through credible sources. It is definitely a wake up call for all to know about Congress and how it is playing with the country’s future. It is sad that Telangana and Karnataka is not seeing these issues and electing Congress at the state level. People are thinking that since they are electing at the state level it does not impact nationally. People are giving fodder to the Congress party to stay relevant which is not good. There should more parties based on national and the majority. BJP is doing fine but not enough.

What a wonderful and informative podcast. Smita ji, Thanks for bringing Prof. Mandal to your show. Though you didn't directly discuss PM Modi's accusations in his "Mangalsutra" speech, Prof. Mandal provided enough evidence to support PM Modi's contentions. To me PM's most significant contentuon was that Congress' manifesto reads like its been written by MIM. Prof. Mandal layed out strong evidence to support that claim. I also like the closing conclusion--the churning during the electoral process its like samudra manthan. At the end of it the country will come out ahead. Prof. Mandal made a beautiful observation why PM Modi will not change the Constitution. He is what he is today due to the Constitution. So it doesn't make sense for him to change it. Thanks again.

prof dilip mandal and other ambedkarites have only tried to get more and more quota for SC category, He keeps quoting USA diversity plans, but fails to mention a very recent verdict of the US Supreme Court specifically rejecting racial quota-based selection for USA universities. USA do not support freebies, and he is misleading about gender diversity plans, many ambedkarites in USA are also trying to somehow equate racial discrimination to caste discrimination to get same privileges.

there is one difference. In India SC OBC ST are Majority 70% holding 10% of govt posts. Supreme court has 99% brahmin judges. In US Blacks r Minority. So in India rights like reservations were Taken forcibly by the ppl and not given free. U can Jump and shout as much u like , but with Time, SC ST OBCs will take the Representation forcibly in national resources by hook or crooks. In past they were poor, ileterate. Today they have good quality nucleus of Educated people to fight for.

OBCs have more land in India than anyone else in india, yadav, jat, gujjars, patel etc? they are poor ? they will buy your entire generation! you are very dumb to come up with such logic, and no dalits were barred from education in the past, go do your propaganda somewhere else, there is this book called" the beautiful tree" by rampal it has compilations of various reports and data on indegenous schools in india during 1820s( before the birth of ambedkar and phule, who are claimed to have given education privilege to dalits) that books clearly debunk your propaganda, almost in all schools shudra students outnumbered or matched the number of brahmin kids in those schools, on a contrary it was kshatriyas kids who were least in numbers in schools, by this logic i should be getting all the privilege and not you!. and what is this logic of getting resources based on the population, decades of effort of the government in creating awareness about family planning were worthless? if your logic is taken seriously then everyone will start a race to have more kids to get more of the so-called resources in india? and diversity program is not just about blacks only, the diversity program includes Native Indians, Mexicans, Jews and many other races as well, many white races of the USA are also part of the diversity program of these companies, USA is against freebies, it is merit dominated society. even the last judgement of the Supreme Court of the USA also reiterated the same logic that merit is the only criterion for selection into universities. @@GuzzarAwan
