I had the misfortune of going to Mexican restaurant in Tennessee and we had our doubts but it was a “Have To” situation. Not exactly like her’s but unbelievably horrible. The cheese enchiladas were made with cheez whiz and when it was heated up, it just dissolved. lol. She could have really had a field day with that in her routine.😂

*catastrophizing - take psychology with a grain of salt. Navel-gazing can be a waste of your life. She clearly found someone who accepts her with it, but if she identifies it is a problem, then that's on her(her assistant seems to like the attention, so she uses that to her advantage - win/win!😄). We are all people and we have problems, but ahh, nothing too bad to worry about because some people out here are doing awful things and if it happens, well, that's just our luck, eh? it happens.

The Ja-Kee' of our group when I was younger was most infuriating because _nothing_ in her life, and therefor ours, was ever simple! Every person we saw when we went out she had to become best friends with, every store we went into she had to engage salespeople, and the absolute worst was restaurants. Even if it was the _same place_ we went to every Thursday night she'd have questions about the menu, what cheese did they use in their salad, which region of Vermont the Cabot cheese comes from because she'd been to Vermont along the western edge and suffered a terrific bout of coughing so she might be allergic to anything in that region, and if they don't know she'll Google it and they should tell their customers about it, and wouldn't that be great to be so helpful? And she _loves_ this place, and can you tell Carlos, the other chef, to come out because the asparagus last Thursday was positively delightful and she'd like to make it the same way at home, and how many mint leaves do they put in their mojitos because last month she ordered one and there were too many, and she may wanna order one tonight but needs to know if the bartender is on who puts in a lot of leaves... Most of us would disappear to the bathroom, outside, or to other tables different high-school friends were at. She was tolerable when we were alone with her, but the instant she was out in public we'd get embarrassed and scatter like roaches when someone turns on a light. We loved our Ja-Kee' though, just in appropriate doses.
