Just bought this January 11 2024 from Apple shop uk the issue I had encountered was when I first placed my watch on first then my Apple phone with a quad lock case in that order and charged it over night my watch was fully charged but my phone was 84% charged in the morning not sure if this is a faulty one I have because when I place my phone on first then my watch they then both charge to 100% so try first placing your watch on the cube and then your phone because my phone didn’t charge when I put watch on before phone

It would be more interesting to know how fast all 3 devices to charge from zero, or how long each device charge on its own from zero. People claim "fast chargers", but fast compared to what? We need "time" figures.

Does the cube charge the Iphone when it's on the charger but the iphone is off? Mine doesn't is that normal

I dont understand why the Anker 737 doesn’t fast charge the Apple Watch but the Anker Cube does. They are so similar (both 5 watts) and the 737 came out after the Cube.
