@@nottheanimal789 i have sooooo many options now. I usually only grab my power banks that have the built in cable. Like the fusion 10k or nano 10k. This is a 20k so it’s great, but I also have a 20k with built in cable and 65 watt output on a single port, 87 together. All that I’ve made videos on. I do still have this one and it’s cool. But I got way too many options now. Haha

Had mines for a month or 2. I really liked it. It just stopped working out the blue. Stucc with 69% on its battery life. I tried to reset it but it must be something disconnected from the mother board. It works great though.

I used it twice to charge and now I can't charge it and it also doesn't charge anything, stuck at 28% and doesn't move. I plug it in and the charging light doesn't appear and the button to display % left doesn't turn on when plug in

Just got mine and outta the box doesn't charge too, stayed at 22%.. probably got a defective one, too bad coz I've used the same brand for years.

I suggest everyone to send a complaint to the Anker website so they'll know its a common defect and send a replacement

My powerbank is finally working again!!!!! I had the same problem bro and was super pissed about it but I literally just plugged it in and kept it on the charger for like 12 hours or so and when I walked back into my room I noticed it was charging itself again

Thanks for the great review! You've convinced me to buy this powerbank since it was already on sale. Question, at 4:50, I can see the "Battery Capacity is 10000 mAH" while the "Total Cell Capacity is 20000 mAh" can you share some insights as to what's the difference between those two? From how I see it, it seems you're actually getting just 10,000 mAh for this powebank and they're just somehow boosting up the power to possible market it as a 20,000 mAh. What do you think?

if you look at the text immediately to the right, it says "two cells in series". That's 10k plus 10k. Two 10,000 packs together to make 20,000.

Hey mate, great video that taught me heaps. Thank you very much. Out of interest, could you charge you power bank with 2 separate USB C's to power instead of the normal 1? Boy she's taking some time. I do hope the charge lasts a while because this will be about 15hrs to recharge by my calculations. I have a basic charger though not the fancy one. Thanks again and stay cool.

hey man, i got one. and I have a macbook, it able to power in, but not charge the battery, am not sure, is it issue with cable or this powerbank can't support charging a macbook as its 30w. Have you tried charging a macbook, or a video on it could be really helpful :)
