I've been using the H700 headset for about 2 months now and absolutely love it. I am a huge fan of Anker audio products, I own a Soundcore q20 headphones for personal use and love them. I agree with most of this review, I think the audio quality for music is better than what is said. This headset has better audio quality than the Jabra Evolve 40, Soundcore Q20 headphones or the Xbox gaming headset I own. The button for play and stop does work for me in KZbin and also in Spotify. I also love the feature of taking the headset off stops the music from playing. The call answering of Zoom and Teams aren't a big deal for me because I don't have that many calls in those platforms. Having the charging stand is a great feature to have as well. I would highly recommend this headset and with discount headset advisors offers you can get up to $70 off msrp.

Great product. I have been using it for a week now. I only have a couple of cons and a question. Con1: The craddle does not have a built-in battery charger as other systems do. In absence of a power outlet, it is just a stand. Con2: The earcups rotate and are a little loose. That causes that, when I lower my head, it tends to fall off. It can be a little annoying when you are moving and using the headphone at the same time. If you are in front of your desk, it will work fine. Question: I got the Upgraded version. What is the difference between both versions other than the Blue vs Black color? Still I am glad that I purchased these. My dog barking and the clanking of the keyboard as I type in do not bother my co-workers when I am in a meeting, anymore.

Been using it for a couple of years for work from home. Pros: Good noise cancelling. Love the charging stand. Because you are sitting right in front of your laptop not missing Teams controls much. Cons: Why does every headset manufacturer make the sponge and cushion in faux leather which wears off in a year of use? I had to wrap this ones earcups with cushion and give a leather wrap for the cushion. Lack of accessories like these leather accesories post sales is a big down for me.

This is an awesome channel. You should branch out into gaming headsets since a lot of tech workers use gaming headsets both wired and wireless. Get those into the mix!

Mine has trouble with multi device. When I try to answer my phone calls on my cell it briefly connects and then disconnects and won't let me reconnect for the call.

If you want the ability to answer/end calls from the headset when away from the computer, or ability in your meeting software to see your mic is muted you would need a Teams or Zoom optimized headset. That's the only difference.

Hi Mardini, if your budget is tight, go with Anker. Otherwise, the Jabra Evolve2 75 is an overall better headset. You really can't go wrong with either headset.

Evolve2 75 has major quality issues with the mic. You'll find complaints all over Google. It was a fantastic headset for 6 months, but then it broke - static from the mic. And the warranty is a joke, the replacement was hard to get and has the same problem. I'm never buying Jabra again. Im here doing research on these Anker h700 to replace them.

i wanted to know the difference between h500 and h700. Seems to be onle the ANC chipset but would be worth it to change to the h700 as i already have the h500 ?

Main difference is the H700 has ANC and H500 doesn't as you mentioned. If you already have the H500 probably worth keeping what you have as the H700 exactly the same aside from a slight increase in noise reduction for the speakers.

If you have barking dogs, the Poly series are MUCH better we have them both in the office we share and the Poly does better than the H700 - my wife recently forced the switch - these H700s have a nicer feel over the ear and nicer sound and even ANC which the Poly does NOT have, but the fact that we often have dogs in our office and barking can happen, the POLY (using the Poly Voyager Focus 2) does much better. We like everything better about the Ankers EXCEPT when our dogs are barking - they can be heard on Anker and NOT on the Polys
