Ankle fractures are common injuries that are most often caused by ankle rolling inward or outward. Many people mistake an ankle fracture for an ankle sprain, but they are quiet different and therefore require an accurate an dearly diagnosis. They sometimes occur simultaneously.

I have a atf which happened on the last step keft foot slipped and right foot didnt maje it the foot at firstvas it happened felt like it had gone limp. Anyway could not wieght bare for few daysxeven wen given boot on amother visit xrayvshowed avulsion fracture piece of bone had broken of with tendon very swollen fir days coukdcactually see the bone on surface fir a bit . Although i can weight bare i decided not to wear the boot as i had rotator cuff surgery which meant my right arm was out. Alot going on i know anyway i still have pain whrn sitting with foot flat and there us pressure on it and wen i get up in morning. Should i look at getting this strapped its been 7 weeks now.
