Rolled my ankle in November and I started to feel better doing some ankle training. Unfortunately I rolled the same ankle in the first week of January working construction… barnacles. Soo I’m currently healing up again and ima use your video as a great guide during the last few weeks of winter so I can be ready to skate in the summer

awesome mate. Re rolling is quite common due to the laxity in ligaments and muscles at the ankle. This is why a comprehensive program is important. I would def make sure I can complete the foot calf and ankle "main" program before a return and then I would be strapping it for first few sessions back

Once the ankle still has a little bit of pain but feels gooe enough to skate, do you recommend wearing an ankle brace while skating?

Hi, really love this video and keen to use the ankel program. I fractured my fibula about 3 months ago, but despite the hospital saying I should avoid exercise for only 6 weeks, close to 12 weeks later and it's still sore. I can walk on it, but any impact sports like skateboarding send pain through it - the ankel is just clearly weak. I haven't done any physio (bc I'm a young idito and thought I would be fine) but now I'm desparate to build the strength back up. Unfortauntely on your website I can't download the ankel program - I just get an endless loading screen on the mostercampaigns website. Any help?

Hello and thank you for this video. I rolled my ankle and torn my ligaments six month ago. I have also been doing a lot of ankle training. But it still hurts when i ollie. When i try to treflip for example its swelling right away. Do you have any advice for me? I am worried that i wont be skating ever again.

its hard to say because I have no idea what your ankle training has been. There could be some big gaps in your program that need to be filled. Have you downloaded the free ankle program by any chance? Is there a lot of exercises you are missing when you compare that main program to what you have been doing?

@@augiemayes3372 sadly no. But it is getting better. I do a lot of warmup before skating. Also i don't do hard impact jumps anymore.

What do I do if after months my ankle is still swollen?

depends what you have been doing. Most people just let it sit and don't do anything. Others think they been doing work for it but really the program they are doing does not cover much of the stuff needed. the biggest tool you have in your arsenal is to begin training it. Restoring range, building strength and finally exposing it to plyometrics when it's ready. again it come's down to what you have been doing and the quality of it
