For the anlin doggie door, does it come with a secure doggie door cover . Also I have Amsco studio windows ( retofit). Does Anlin silder have a comparable look on the outside as Amsco?

Yes, it has a security plate you can insert from the inside. The Anlin sliding door looks very comparable to the Amsco window. It would be a good fit.

Any idea where I can get an in-glass doggy-door slider in SE Pennsylvania?

Unfortunately, I don't know of anyone that's doing that. I know that you can find a local glass company to cut you a six-sided piece of glass to go in an existing door. And then you can find a very narrow profiled doggie door and do this with some expert help. If you find someone who can do it in your area, please let me know.
