Anna Nicole Smith's Daughter Learns About Mom She Never Knew

Next week will mark 14 years since the death of blonde bombshell Anna Nicole Smith. That means the infant daughter she left behind is now a teenager. Dannielynn and her father, Larry Birkhead, returned to Smith's Texas hometown of Mexia to learn more about her. They retraced the roots of Smith, who skyrocketed to fame in the 1990s and died of a drug overdose in a Florida hotel room in 2007. Their trip is featured in a two-hour 20/20 special that airs Friday night on ABC. #InsideEdition

Aside from depression, there were also other causes that led to her death. She has flu at that time and to top it all, she has infections in her intestine and another infection on one of her Botox injections in the leg area. I do not know why she was not encouraged to go to the hospital when her fever ran up around 103 degrees Fahrenheit which is really alarming. Although, her medications were prescribed, she did not follow the proper dosage. In the hospital, she could have been properly monitored 24 hours a day. This could have saved her life.

For those of you that don't know, Anna also had a son named Daniel who passed away from a drug overdose at just 20 years old and Dannielynn was just 3 days old. 5 months later Anna would also be gone.
