@@isabellavalencia8026 no-one deserves to suffer domestic abuse, whether it is pyschological or physical. You might say that the person should leave, which sounds straightforward enough, but if money and/or access to resources are a problem, along with people thinking or threatened that they cannot leave can complicate things. Everyone has a right to defend themselves if being attacked.

Do not join your parents! Your gran ma needs you. You can say it takes a toll on your soul. What about your gran ma.!? HOW, Would she feel if you followed in their foot steps.Your parents may have promised you the sun moon, and stars. They would stay out of jail etc., but, if they are on drugs etc., that has gripped their souls. Nothing to do with you! I am sure they live you but, the devil has his grip on them with drugs etc., Do not walk that road. Best wishes. God loves you.

Axtra judges have made f*ed up calls before... people have been wrongfully incarcerated and executed before... I wouldn’t be so sure that the American justice system is 100% fair or infallible. Don’t forget there’s people serving life for selling pot and people doing six months for sexual assault
@cappincronch3 жыл бұрын
Yeah something tells me that it comes down to whether or not he was an aggressor at that point. IE She stabs him once, he falls and is no longer an aggressor. If she then followed it up by stabbing him repeatedly until he was dead, that's 2nd degree murder. Same as if someone tries to rob you, you shoot them, they fall to the ground and are no longer a threat, and you just stand over them and execute them. Another example would be someone tries to attack you, you pull a gun, they start running away, and you shoot them in the back as they're retreating. All of these examples are 2nd degree murder. I don't know whether this case is or not, I'm just saying its very common for people to get charges because they don't disengage after the threat is gone. Something tells me they deemed it a crime of passion because she most likely stabbed him a bunch of times after disarming him.

Trumptrain2016 Wall the drug dealer is bad too and he sells stuff that kills ppl and the people who take it can die and the children would take the same path and die. Besides its an addiction, they coulda took it when there kids from other kids and they had no choice.

I feel bad for that woman who defended herself from her abusive boyfriend. She was just protecting herself and her daughter.

That’s a major reason why I don’t support law enforcement they lock up people who defend themselves
