You and Anne are two of my all-time favorite content creators. As a male who's gone from all hand tools some 40 years ago, to hand power tools, to CNC today, it's so very refreshing and encouraging to see strong female role models as makers. If more women could be exposed to what's possible with today's tools, I'm convinced that many flock to would flock to the hobby or trade. So, thank you for all you, Anne, April, Laura and others do and share.

I really enjoyed this Ashley; great to see the combination of woodworking, gardening , homesteading and personalities. Your demonstrations of wood turning are the best , most informative, especially for the beginners or mid level turners. Bob Fulton, West Coast , British Columbia

dear Anne, you inspire me. I'm a gardener, and house fixer and a middle class family promoter. I see you teaching folk to exert their personal desire for beauty and order to those who don't know how. that is noteworthy. that is loving kindness, that is a pattern worth sharing with others. thank you Anne, your vagabond lifestyle of the past is your sermon of the present. you can start again. this is what I hear you saying from behind your pulpit. it is all Good, it's all God. love. give it out, send it in all directions and watch it change the world.

Ashley- I'm so glad I found your channel, I look forward to learning from you. I absolutely loved turning things on my grandfather's homemade lathe as a young boy. Now as an old guy I have spent my career as a welder/ fabricator. I got electrocuted recently at work and I think I'm going to have give up what I am passionate about (welding) and start doing something new. I just have to deal with the PTSD. I am spending a lot of time on KZbin while mending my body. I'm finding new KZbin friends too. I hope to have a KZbin channel if I can get my head straightened out as well.
