There are VERY few pop singers with her imagination, passion, intelligence and exquisite sense of style and tasteful phrasing. She's really special!

Annie Lennox is by far my favourite singer who is still alive. I usually listen to punk, grunge, rock 'n' roll and classical, but Annie Lennox's music and singing always makes me feel happy when I listen to her even when the lyrics are sad. I guess she's a bit like Freddie Mercury in that way. She has a gift that most other, although talented musicians, do not have. Plus she's always original without trying, and that's something today's wannabes who try too hard could learn from, innit.

Only one way to describe this woman and her talent .... right up there with the greatest female vocalist in music history .... a naturally gifted singer/songwriter . It was a pleasure to see her through all her best years ..... still a outstanding performer to this day .....
