Hi Annie, I'm doing cold water showers at the moment, will then progress to baths, will start swimming at the gym in Feb and then try Andark in Hampshire. Loved this video, thank you.

Hi this is kind of off topic but do you have any tips on putting on a silicone cap to cover your whole head on your own. I usually go swimming with my grandmother and we put the caps on each others heads so I'm not sure how to put one on myself.
