When Sam announced Tome Topple The Spear Cuts Through Water was on my list and The Will of the Many is being checked out A LOT at the library, so it’s peeking my interest. Our Share of Night and the Mirrored Heavens is on some TBR in the near future. All of this say I can’t help you. Hope whatever you choose you love.

A spear Cuts Through Water will almost definitely be on my top books of this year. I absolutely loved it! The narrative style is everything! But Our Share of Night was one of my absolute favorite books of last year and one of the books that got me started and hooked on horror so my vote would have to be for that. I can't wait for your thoughts, regardless of when you get to them

Spear Cuts Through Water is probably my favorite fiction book I've read this year, so it has my vote. Jimenez did such a good job layering the different stories and POVs, and also the audiobook is fantastic

I hope you enjoy A Taste of Gold and Iron. I had to return it to the library before I could finish it but I really enjoyed what I read of it. You have so many books that sound so good that I can’t choose! If I had to, I would choose The Spear Cuts Through Water.

I just finished Mirrored Heavens and really enjoyed it! It's not quite a 5-star for me, for some reason the ending left me not quite satisfied, but I can't put my finger on why I feel this way. I can see myself rereading this series in the future tho' and I feel like I'd enjoy it even more when I can read the whole series back to back.

This is the first I've heard of Tome Topple. As a dyslexic person with possible undiagnosed ADHD, I will take a pass. Most 500+ page books take me 6+ months to waid through, even in audiobook format. Others end up DNF. There are a few exceptions, so I'm looking forward to reviews, but I like to take books like this at my own pace.
