Pipi and gravy. Your partner does exceptionally well. He's the a cook. Biscuits with this dish. Yes Camp bread has the same effect. Easily whipped up here in New Zealand. New Zealanders enjoy eating seafood without crowding out the natural flavours. To each their own. Bon appetite.😊😊😊😊😊

Congratulations on the cookbook! Your hard work pays off! I hope you can still produce some kind of weekly videos even though you are writing your book. Maybe some updates on the process of writing it? Some cooking videos around the house/garden that don't require so much work? Looking forward to buy your book! I hope you ship to Finland.

Taku - you are Livin' the Dream! Enjoy watching your adventures! Congratulation on your cookbook deal. Just a question - why are you writing a cookbook, instead of creating a cooking channel / website and post all your recipes there? I rarely use my cookbooks as I search the internet and watch KZbin videos? I like watching a video on how to prepare a dish instead of reading a cookbook.

Hey Aotearoa has rahui(restrictions on taking seafood) scattered around. So please check before you take. These are put into place for health reasons. There could be pollution leak, death somewhere in the area. Or could be just placed to bring the numbers up of the seafood.

🌴 Hey you two , a roll of electrical tape temp fix on the hose , a outdoor chef cook book 👍🏼 you first open the book and there’s a pop up picture of Taku drinking a beer ! Ahhhh🍺😆 well you’ll be back home , and we all know there’s plenty of subject matter there . Catch and cook with recipes , foraging, both land and sea , and then there’s the adventure van and you can take us on a journey and get plenty of subject matter, but I’m still hoping to see some hobbits 🧙🏻‍♀️before you two leave NZ 👊🏼✌🏼

Hi Taku. Pipis are one of my favourite shellfish. Yes you need to gather quite a few though to get a good feed. I think it's 50 per person harvesting them. They are so tasty with lots of flavours compared to other clams. Love the way you prepared them. Oh, congratulations on your book. I look forward to seeing what recipes you'll have in it. Who knows, your own TV series next. Great stuff Taku and Jocelyn. Hope the book doesn't take up so much of your time that we don't see you. Still I'm so happy for you both.

Bought my first order of kelp chili crisp! Been wanting to try it for awhile and finally pulled the trigger! Can't wait to buy your cook book! Also for the tubing use some plumber tape and wrap the connection well, before sliding tube on and then use a stainless steel hose clamp and you will get a better seal.
