I really love it but I have an idea for better models if you have a plane or drones you can have a camera on the bottom and sides of it and an AI makes a model off of the image.

This is awesome. Using Generative AI model to further enhance/improve the texture maps automatically, it should be possible to get pretty useful 3D models for games. It'll still require manual work, but this is a great start!
