I was so lazy to cooking and after i started watching ur videos i ended up interesting in cooking. Ur videos inspired me to try new recipies. So far I made mashmellow pudding, kisses, nasigorang, chinese and egg roles and butter scotch all are ur recipies. All of them came out well as u explained so well. Hope to try more. For the custard, 3 egg yolks 1 large condensed milk 510g ( small tin 390g) 1 1/2 tin of water For the butterscotch, 75g butter 3/4 cups sugar 1/2 cup hot water 5 tsp gelatin (4 tsp for small tin) 1/2 cup water ( room temperature) 3 beated egg whites

I think gelatine doesn't mix well with custard. That's why she said add small portion of gelatine in one time and mix well and then other.
