You mean too many people realize any publicity is good publicity and considering how working outside of online is trash... Yeah people are desperate to not be working a minimum wage job and disrespected by the community. At least online you can post and look away. Im not talking about people that obviously just post hate or whatever but rage bait posters. I feel I need to clarify for the idiots that cant comprehend.

When the WH40k Fashies (they aren't a new thing; I played back in the 1980s and 1990s, and I saw a problematic amount of Swastikas and Iron Crosses on miniatures) start in on "black ppl in the future" etc., I want to whisper in their ears, "The Emperor of Mankind is Turkish. That's canon, deal with it." But we all know that they are immune to argument, so I don't. Don't feed the trolls. Their first wish is for you to agree with them. Their second wish is for you to disagree with them, and then get upset. The Card says Moops. kzbin.info/www/bejne/rn7Ek6N4q9mLqJYsi=_FTg-sVQ5QC5CX7r

Isn't the series DEEPLY anti Margerat Thatcher? Idk but of that is true which somehow seems to be the one thing I know about it I would suspect the creator hated seeing this crap in his fanbase, but what can you do.

It alot easy for people to say out pocket statement and just generally be dick online then real life because consequences on internet is alot less strict . It easy it handle it especial when you are anonymous. It really it making people to say stuff that would not in public due to fears of dangers and consequences . Solutions is realky either to have harsh and strong punishments toward behavior/making harder for them doing again or educate people and spreadingn awareness that action on net can lead severe things.
@Batmans_Pet_GoldfishКүн бұрын
Oh god, Synthetic Manlet. On a serious note, i dont think it's about fearing consequences, its about not putting a face _actively reacting_ to the words you say _as you say them._ I believe a recent study was done that gathered people from across the political spectrum to have a talk in person and it was... actually cordial. The human part of human interaction is essential. Our facial expression greatly influences our interactions with others. So of course when you remove that, people don't treat others as human.

I think anonymity is good, precisely because it allows people to say things they otherwise wouldn't. When people think they're being watched or monitored, they end up censoring themselves, and that can also lead down a dangerous road. Anonymity also helps marginalized groups (like trans people) who may not want to be open about their identity keep themselves safe. Its a double edged sword, I suppose but I'd rather have the option of privacy and free speech.

I think the thing that's easy to forget about people like this is that they think they're carrying on family legacy or something noble like that. It's why it takes so long and also bubbles up seemingly at random, but it's not random. That doesn't mean I'm saying believe "sins of the father" type stuff, no one should ever, but if you willfully take on those aspects by choice then f em and feed the fish on Friday.

Theres loads of different things that make each person who they are, skin colour is just one and an irrelevant one, the only notable effect it has on chareter is the consiques of peoples judgments of a person based on it, it can be tied to things by others but naturally it's totally independent of culture upbringing so on, you could say there are are certain trends but there a matter or correlation not causation, that's how I see it for now anyway could be way off 😂

Hey bro, as a fellow minority (im brown) Ive also seen lots of these types of spaces online, however I wouldn't say all of them hate race mixing or minorities, some just dislike forced portrayal of people of color or lgbt characters, which lets be honest is quite common. This shit goes deep too, a lot of these games you see nowadays are not just to be diverse and fun and inclusive, its to cause a culture war and make people argue about whether lgbt/people of color should be in games, which in turn just increases traction on sales of these games. A lot of this is simply a ploy by corporations to make us hate each other so they get more money. Honestly nothing new, just some food for thought though hope you have good day/night
@sdkipper3236Күн бұрын
and if you wanna know just how deep this shit goes, look up something called an "ESG score". This is literally a score used by huge corporations to make sure more diverse characters are in their games and make it as forced as possible to make people hate each other and make more marketing for the game. I'm not even fucking joking dude this shits all real.
@sdkipper3236Күн бұрын
In turn (last comment i promise lol) you can probably see how the inclusion of these types of characters indeed CAN be problematic not for the sake of diversity but rather for this scummy business tactic of making people negative for more sales. I hope you understand the viewpoint of some of these people more now, however I will admit a lot of people larp as anti woke when in reality they are just hateful pos. But not everyone.

Nah anonymity brings freedom it's almost like existing while at the same time not, and I think those people are a small loud group, and I think internet is always safe because no one can really touch you(but that's me).

Anonymity is the default of the Internet. No, the disinformation and misinformation and manipulations have gotten y'all twisted. Might I recommend critical thinking course and a course on the philosophy of logic. Might get you there. Before barking do some research, dog. I'm not a chill guy.
@AescalonaКүн бұрын
But still, anonymity makes people say a lot of things they would say in person, to say the least. And some people are just born into misinformation and disinformation and there's no way to stop it, but you're right, it's misinformation that did that, in essence. On a non-serious note, the chill guy meme is so annoying to me, I hate it
