Can they not force entry and take all property inside? I rang these twats and they refused a payment plan and said they will force entry and remove all my property on 8th of this month. Although they've not been out to me before

If it's your home they have no power to force entry, if it's a commercial property they can.

@@Onthepissmylord Thank you 😁 They threatened to smash their way in when I spoke to them last time so I emptied the flat completely so that if they did they wont have anything to take

@@chrish4303 they cant smash their way in just don't open the door to them and don't leave doors open that prevents peaceful entry which they can legally do and have as minimum contact as possible. Don't think the police will ever be on your side if they appear don't open your door to them or let them in as bailiffs will follow in and your fucked, no matter who they are or what court they say they are from unless it's to the state nobody can force entry for a civil debt.
