Another Busy Monday + New Guy Quits After 1 Day!

Been a concrete finisher for 18 years, can place stone and flagstone etc, install pools, run all kinds of equipment. Kudos to letting the new guys jump in and learn, yeah it looks like shit but that's how you learn. If the guys have the drive to learn, even if you think you are losing money, in the long run it'll pay itself off. Good set up buddy, good team, you guys keep up the good work.
