In my English-Irish family, we opened presents on Christmas morning. Personally, however, my preference is to open on Christmas Eve. It has always seemed so romantic to me! Maybe the solution is to open some the night before and others on Christmas Day. Sorry you have had pain issues. It sounds awful. Feel for you. Hugs. It’s best to do only what you can. I will never understand why people think it’s ok to speak negatively and hateful words when they don’t know what that person may be experiencing. You’ve done a good job on wrapping. My Lilly Rose hates to wear clothes too and gets that same look as Amelia. Loved the little village and the trip to the Christmas market. I have had serious spasms. 4 years when a good physical therapist found a twist in my shoulder blade. He carefully worked on the area for a couple of weeks then twisted it out. Excruciating pain then healed. I also went through the muscle relaxants.

If sounds like you have had a challenging year. Ignore the haters. I think you are an extremely handsome guy who also happens to have a beautiful inside. Don’t do vlogs unless your heart is in them. Most of us don’t have a life that is exciting all the time so continue to vlog the highlights that mean something to you. It is so fun to have a Christmas blog and update. I’ve missed your blogs. Christmas is going to be a great time to catch up on all of your latest documentaries. You are so prolific! No wonder your back spasms from so much hard work. Pain is a hard thing-- I had ankle surgery in Sept and it has been a long and hard recovery. I’ve postponed my Egypt trip-so maybe you will be in Egypt when I am there hopefully later in 2024.

You mentioned opening Christmas descent I live in Boston Massachusetts and we open One gift Christmas Eve and we open our stockings Christmas morning and then when everybody's up and had breakfast we start opening the gifts and that is Christmas day

My gosh. About your back spasms, consider we are all one complete organism, and everything is interconnected. I have at my 65 year age muscle cramps or spasms in my legs, and it has become progressively frequent. What I found as a cure is magnesium Lotion. Those that have gut issues have problems metabolizing magnesium. I didn't know that before this. Which led me to reevaluate my gut health. I have now started to look after that. Thank you for such a sweet video Curtis. I am so sorry to hear about your back, in my experience these things, although painful and upsetting, are usually transient, especially at your age. You are, I think, correct in linking these symptoms to stress. Acupuncture could be helpful, just an idea? As to people making uninformed comments about your appearance/weight, forget them! You are, and always will be, an exceptionally beautiful man, inside and out. Also I carry prescription muscle relaxant but haven't used them in 10 months. Crazy disgusting thing was neck muscle strain out so far- inches- that no one in the doctor office had seen a spasm so bizarre. Spasms are debilitating but for me the relaxant are almost worse. Blessings for healing.

Maybe you need a officetable that can be normal so that you sit and work and then high so that you can stand and work with the editing. Ofcors you need a carpet that is comfortable to stand on. It needs to be adjustable. I live in Sweden and Christmas gifts are given at Christmas Eve after dinner. In my home we opened the gifts on Christmas day. I am from Croatia.

I'm watching this on Epiphany and my wish for you is the Light of Hope finds you and you can manage your condition. For the last 10 years, I delt with various issues following my cancer and treatment and in a weird way, a near fatal car accident on Christmas day 2022, has been like a reset for my body. Christmas morning for pressies for us. You are a tall person so you may need to look at your chair and table height and computer screen height when working. You need to look at ergonomic set up and get up regularly to walk about. You may already know this but just incase

😢sorry about your back. For me, bicycling helped my back spasms go away 25 years ago🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️ I did it along with bench pressing light weights, basically strengening my core muscles too. Of course, please, check with your physician first if you want to try these things.

First, thank you for taking me back to Florence and specifically Santa Croce. Two years ago I lived in Florence for 6 months and my apartment was right around the corner on Borgo Santa Croce. I loved it there! Now I live in Sicily and love it here as well. Second, you are certainly anything but fat!!! I myself suffered a spinal cord injury in 2017 and was semi-paralyzed for several months. I still have a lot of nerve damage, pain, and balance problems which inhibit my mobility. Have you had an MRI of your spine? To me it sounds like you may have a pinched nerve or slipped disk problem. One of my medications is Baclofen for spasms, perhaps worth looking into? I'm sure you've done your research into these things but if I can offer any help or insight, please just ask. Ok, I hope you find some relief for your back issues and Buon Natale a tutti! I’ve listened to your Vlog about your muscle spasms it might benefit you if you could get tested for your magnesium and potassium levels it could be one or both that you are low in which can cause the situation. Stretching is good and not being in one position for too long. If you have to sit for long periods of time it would benefit you to get up and move around every half hour or so and stretch. Check out on Google, the benefits of potassium and magnesium and the symptoms of low magnesium and low potassium you will be surprised. There are supplements out there that could benefit you it takes at least 3 months to rebuild the levels and then keep up every day. This has helped me a great deal I know what you’re talking about but yours is more severe. Keeping your body warm is important not letting it get too cold so the circulation is better. Massage therapy is excellent. I hope this helps you if does let us know how are you doing?💞🌈
