Dougo, you do just fine and it's good for you to have this vehicle to vent some of the mega frustrations you all have had to overcome this spring. It adds the human touch to the usually very technically informative videos. And another classic Dougo quotes "the grain bins are on the move, the migration of the great grain bins". Hang in there, the end of planting has to be soon and then comes the rebuilding before harvesting. We're all pulling for all the farmer's.

Sorry the struggle bus has been hammering you so hard Dougo, but at least you have other's struggling with you to get this crop in. You should get Amy talking on some of these video's, would be interesting to hear how all the weather, torn up building's, equiptment, and all the rain soaked ground has affected her, and her thoughts on it all. She shouldn't be so shy, plus i bet she has some good thing's to say. Grandma looked like she had a few word's the other day, maybe you could film them both. GOD bless everyone of ya.

Farming is stressful enough on a regular year, but add in too much rain, severe storm damage and hey, don't forget about equipment repairs...It takes a lot of strong, brave and hardworking people to stick with it and make the best of everything. You guys are really a neat family and thanks for sharing. Let's plan on a great summer and then you can celebrate a great harvest - you've certainly worked hard enough for it.

Yep.. one of those years you just keep slugging on and eventually come out the other end. Good luck with what's left. An iron bar should come standard with all tractors !!!! 1993 was a terrible wet year. Of course then hardly anything was pattern tiled and we didn't have the equipment we have now. Alot of beans were broadcast seeded with the floater and buried with a field cultivator. Crazy part is what didn't drown out actually yielded pretty good.
