He used to always bite me until around 1 year and half , but he bite me recently actually but let go immediately it didn’t hurt only because my hands were in the right place. It took around that 1 year on handling him until I saw results,.

Hey man my boy just gave me a juvenile Nile monitor he seems pretty chill kinda skittish. Is it to late to kinda bound with him . I took it in cause they was gonna put em down, I felt bad for it so I thought I'll give it shit any help will be much appreciated

The main thing I recommend is to continue to hold it in a bath tub area learn to trim nails and hold him often . You will slowly build that trust . Watch some of my other videos they might help 👍
