Poor Donald lol! Donald Duck is my personal favorite Disney character. I loved watching his old cartoons when I was a kid, and still do on occasion! One time during my most recent trip last May, I went to Pete's silly sideshow. I went to the side where Goofy and Donald meet. When I got to Donald, I told him that he's my favorite, and that I'm a big fan of his, ect ect. And to prove it to him, I sang his theme song and that made him really happy! Definitely one of the highlights of my time there that trip!

My daughter went to Disney Orlando with her HS band; got the chance to see her fave, Peter Pan, but he wouldn't give any hugs! She was VERY disappointed not to get a hug from Peter. But she had great time

I got a question for you girl: I just went to a Disney cruise and I wanted to meet Donald Duck since he's my favorite. I met him 3 times in the last 3 days of the cruise. He didn't seem to mind it because every time he saw me standing in line he'd blow a kiss or point at me and clap. I honestly felt bad meeting him so often and I even apologized (he gave me a big hug after I apologized for being a 15 y/o cry baby) but I feel like I might've creeped his "helper" out. He never did anything to give me that vibe but I just wanted to know. Do you guys like having the same guests come to meet your character or is it creepy?

Oh, we have repeat guests all the time, and we LOVE THEM!!!! Especially if you're captive on a cruise and really have nothing else to do, I'd go meet characters all day every day too! Sometimes attendants have off days, but Donald didn't mind, trust me! :)

Just stumbled upon your videos and love hearing the stories! For the past 3 years we've made a trip to Disney World and have had some great character interactions, but one, in particular, comes to mind. This was 3 years ago, my husband and I had just gotten married and were "honeymooning" at Disney. We booked the character dinner at Tusker House at Animal Kingdom since Daisy and Donald are our favorites. At that time we asked the cast member assistant if we could get a picture together with Daisy and Donald, she politely said "I'm sorry, they do not take photos together". Daisy was having none of it, motioned that she would be right back and appeared with Donald. They took the photo with us together and made a big fuss about us just being married and it was so awesome! We would have been happy either way, but that was a great moment and the "friend of Daisy" will always be remembered by us!

I'm going to be doing the DCP in August! I leave in 51 days! It's been hard waiting for what seems like FOREVER (I try to do crafts or projects that I think will be time consuming and end up finishing them in one day lmao) and it seems like DCP videos make the wait a little more bearable lol. Is pin trading still a big thing at Disney World and if so, how does it work? Btw, love your channel!!!

Yeah it is! All you need to do is buy a lanyard and a few pins, and then look for a merchandise cast member to trade with! Merch and a few other roles wear either lanyards or little bags at their side with pins for trading. Just ask them if you can see their pins, and if you see one you like, you trade it for one of yours! The Info center / guest services also has a binder full of pins you can trade for :) I recommend buying a mystery pack of pins and then trading the ones you don't like!

I had a rather interesting experience at Pete's Silly Sideshow. To start, a rather irate duck (not quite so irate after seeing me apparently) kissed me... twice... in turn, a female duck was made rather jealous (though a few wardrobe compliments easily buttered her up.) Then, a poor, sweet, female mouse was reminded that, after eight decades, her other half has yet to propose... before she became incredibly bashful; hid behind her skirt; hid behind the curtain; I mean REALLY... I absolutely loved Minnie - she was my favourite character of all those I met while I was at WDW in December. xxx

I went to Disney World for the first time this year and on the last night I was there, I ate at Chef Mickey’s to pretty much say bye to Mickey and Minnie etc. Donald came to see my first and when I told him it was my last night, he gives me the longest hug and tells me not to cry, and I’m already emotional because I LOVE Disney but I kept it together. After Donald left Mickey came and the same thing happened. Then right after Mickey left, Donald just ran back to me and hugged me for like 2 minutes. I completely lost it there. I came to Disney in hopes of getting some Disney Magic and I definitely got some.

When you work as a cast member or character at Disney will they allow you to work at other parks? For example if you work at animal kingdom will you also be allowed to work at Epcot or magic kingdom if you wanted to or do you stick with the job and park that you applied or auditioned for?

I was at Euro Disney in Paris and we were at the hotel breakfast buffet and characters came out and two kids started crying because they were scared. What’s the protocol when kids multiple are afraid of you??

They teach us how to warm up to scared kids! There's a couple different tactics but one might be to high five the parent and interact with the parent and then see if the kid will give you a high five. Or having the parent pet your hand then reaching it out for the kid to pet. There's several different strategies! :)

I know this doesn't have much to do with the video, but I was wondering if you knew the best times to meet princesses without having to wait an incredibly long time? I watched your tips video, but I imagine with super popular ones it would be a little different. I'm hoping to go back to Disney for my 18th birthday and since I didn't meet any characters the first time I went (we hardly had time), I am going to try my hardest to at least meet Cinderella.

Princess fairytale hall in MK has a fastpass option, so I would definitely try to do that! Try to get one ahead of time and if you can't get one, all day while you're there try to get one for it. I don't know about a specific time of the day that's best (It pretty much always seem to be about an hour wait) but if you're going during a non-peak week then you should be fine! My mom and I waited in line for 10 minutes to meet Cinderella and Elena, but it was a non-peak week

inredlipsticks when I was at Disney last June I went to the princess fairytale hall during the nighttime fireworks and parade, I only waited about 10 minutes in both lines. It was well worth missing the parade for!

If you look at her Instagram you can see she's not tall enough to be any of the main princesses (maybe none of them.) She told a different experience in a different video about her skin showing. Upper arm was showing, long dress. If they actually do put tink in a longer dress during colder times, I believe that's who she was.

Which princess were you? How cute. OMG. I had a dream I brought my Twin to Disney, then after we went on a ride, then he takes me aside gets on his bended knee and proposes to me. All the Princesses got excited, wanted me and him to go on a carriage ride through the park. Then we got married the same day. It became the truly Happy Place on Earth , because I felt like his Princess!❤️😉

It's a contract thing. The contract does state that they can say the character in second and third person which she does.
