Still puzzling-out the house style in the area. Duplexes? It looked like a very narrow planted area and paving elsewhere. You are doing Landscape Archeology, the paving stones and planter of paver type were not visible when you started. Good point that it is a high risk area with glass right next to what needs work. Thanks for watching out for a cooler day where you could video. You made that place a lot more appealing and raised it to the neighborhood standard.

I like your videos, Josh, because there are no "previews;" I like to be surprised. You have a good work ethic, I love the final mow with the small mower. Everything looked very neat. That landlord needs to have the roof power-washed & that dead tree by the house & the stump by the front tree removed before the next tenant arrives. Glad you are staying safe. Oh, and I like these smaller jobs; regular lawns, not huge yards with 5ft tall weeds.

Hey Josh, good to see you back, One thing you might consider and it could sound silly, and it's NOT on ALL of the houses you do, But you could carry a couple pieces of plywood with you on the truck or trailer and place them in front of things like that BIG sliding glass doors, things like that, that's what I used to do just for SAFETY reasons to not to break glass, But thought I would suggest that to you for an idea 💡💡🤔, CYA SOON NEXT TIME BE SAFE 🚜🌞✌️👍😎
