Josh, you were really picking out important things to work on. The broken/downed tree really caught my attention, as did the front tree that was too low, and the small tree out of place near the garage. This neighborhood has a home that can't be kept up by a resident. So, someone else has to step in, or the whole neighborhood is started on a path of being pulled down. You got this mowed, trimmed, edged. Worked to make the whole front look good and moved to address a big "stuck point", the fallen tree. Since grass had become massive, it had to not just be cut but also raked and picked up. That all adds up to "saving" this place and upholding a safe/neat standard for the area. Thank you.
