Sounds like injector issues. Those injector connectors are the worst in a duramax.

Bummer. Our company has run all duramaxes for yeara now. I ran my 05 to 500k miles and my 15 to over 200k and all our other ones over 250k. We never lost a duramax engine. I know anything can fail, but that's sad to see. None of these trucks are cheap anymore.
