If you can't figure that out, then start talking to someone who sells or buys real estate.

He was so ill, in fact, in line with the desk reference markers for illness, that literally hundreds of experts wrote letters to congress warning them to keep the nuclear football away from Trump. I am very concerned about this with Trump, especially when he has a history of advocating violence that goes back as far as elementary school, when he slugged a teacher. My parents were early 90s, declining as one would expect, but still functioning at home, going to the store, etc. They were on very thin ice but getting by........and in one single hour, it all came crashing down. It took one precipitating event to push things past the tipping point and in a year they were both dead. This, I think, is where Trump is heading. He can maintain this facade of normalcy, but when a big crack appears, it will be catastrophic and the fall will be unstoppable

I’m curious if he has vascular dementia from how poor his diet has been for so long. There are large “stair step” deteriorations that happen because of mini strokes in the brain. It seems to have progressed quicker than dementias like Alzheimer’s. The life span is 5 years from diagnosis…he could deteriorate exponentially during a presidency and with the stress he’s going through legally that can make it progress faster. I work with the elderly. I currently have 120 clients around his age. Cognitive decline is normal as we age. What he’s exhibiting is very clearly dementia. His followers should be concerned.

There is also a PoliticalFlare article on March 6 2020 about him having a bad hair day which includes other comments about it. He had his first Montreal Cognitive Assessment in 2020 also.

I've long thought that he was presenting with signs of brain damage. As his brain continues to fail him I'd expect a lowering of inhibitions...not that he has many now but, he'll get worse. What I have seen in relatives is: a gradual decline where they are aware of and frustrated by difficulty with words, short-term memory etc. Then becoming suggestible (prey to scams they once would have laughed at: adopting views they see on TV that are diametrically opposed to what they believed all their lives. Losing a sense of who specific people are, but still feeling a familiarity. Still able to remember their own kids’ names, even if not their faces. What you don’t appreciate till you see it is how intensely the decline accelerates. It can be a gentle slope for years, and then as David put it, it spirals. It accelerates from 20 to 90 in months, even weeks. The kids’ names still seem familiar, but become freefloating. They think things happened yesterday or last week that happened 40 years ago. Wandering in the night, prey to delusions that noises from the street are people come to get them. Having absolutely no clue who people are. Suddenly unable to tell what is real and what was on TV half an hour ago, or a naptime dream. I feel Trump has entered the acceleration phase. I believe, if he hasn’t already, he’ll soon be saying “Who?” When someone names a family member. Saying Ivanka for Melania would be no surprise at all.
