Sorry to say but whatever he spent building that place was probably from ill gotten gains. Most honest businessmen/women build their businesses slowly from the ground up and grow them into big business. Where as people who somehow amass dishonest wealth in an instant will go and splurge because they didn't earn it and very often end up losing every cent.
