Pretty sure the King Shark in Young Justice was just King Shark, but the Young Justice version. King Shark as a character varies quite a bit in how he gets depicted in different media.

The Mad Hatter is a really nasty villain. Basicly: he's a scientist who invented a brain control chip whom he puts in hats. The part that was only hinted at in this episode is his extreme obsession with Alice In Wonderland and they left out the part where he constantly deludes himself into thinking every blonde woman is Alice, get's mad when they aren't named Alice (or a variation of that) and then mind controls them. He's like Buffalo Bill from Silence of the Lambs in that regard and some writers, most notably Gail Simone (who also wrote for Wonder Woman and Birds Of Prey), make him extra creepy by implying he might be a pedo. There's technically also another Mad Hatter whom DC used in the 50s and 60s but that guy just steals rare and fancy hats. This entire scene with the bunny masks and the teacups might be a reference to one of the bonus missions in Batman Arkham City, where you end up in a similiar setup after solving all the Mad Hatter clues scattered throughout the game. The character also has a nice bunch of episodes in Batman TAS if you wanna check that one out.

I'm pretty certain King Shark is gonna leave the crew to rule his father's kingdom so that it doesnt get sold to the Atlanteans. If so, there's always a spot for Bane to join. Harley just needs to return that pasta maker first and make him feel like he belongs.

I don't see many point it out, but the old lady that harley ends up taking the clothes from at 4:37 is definitely the model used for the old version of Harley that shows up at the end of Batman Beyond: Return Of The Joker. She comes to collect her grandkids from Arkham or jail or something; the dee dee twins.

10:25 Now that I think about it. The actions of Harley and her crew have pretty much single handedly gotten rid of all the major villan's in gotham. Mr. Freeze, the Joker, Mr. Penguin, Bane (kinda), Scarecrow, The Queen of Fables, etc. By the end of the series, the Justice League and Bat Family are gonna be out of a job.

If Lex hadn't founded the L.O.D., Scarecrow and Joker would have never joined the L.O.D., they would have never worked on this plan together and succeeded, and Joker would have never killed Scarecrow. Then again Batman's parents are responsible! If they had never died, Bruce would have never become Batman and Scarecrow would've never taken of his mask, which angered the Joker so much that he killed Scarecrow. Then again Aquaman is responsible... Ok, I guess you get my point! 😀😀
