One of my guilty pleasure songs is "I Wanna Be A Cowboy" by Boys Don't Cry. Goofy-ass British New Wave tune with a western theme, and Lemmy from Motorhead (my favorite musician) shows up in the video as the antagonist in black. Truthfully, however, my high school metalhead self had two guilty pleasures: one was Days Of Our Lives (taped every day on my VCR) and The Golden Girls.

F3FNV181 Well because of the catchiness prevalent in pop-music,there are many people who do like to listen to such songs..However such songs often have cheesiness and other negative attributes associated with pop-music..So people don't like to admit to others that they actually listen to these catchy songs...It is rare to have guilty pleasures outside of pop-music because most people won't give a damn or know about that type of music apart from a few...Catchiness is not synonymous with guilty pleasure,but there is definitely a trend of it being found in pop-music

I was looking at the way George Michael is dancing. I think I know where they got the inspiration for Carleton's dance on "Fresh Prince of Bel Air". LOL I was little when that song came out. I used to listen to my record of it with my sister in the 80s.
