The fact anyone is surprised that world first teams are cheating is surprising. Xeno explained it well, any time theres a really competitive sport,there will always be cheaters. If it has a reward for winning be it a prize or just fame then people will cheat. They just need to stop acknowledging world first winners.

On which underutilized person i would take on an MSQ adventure... Mokoto! No question. Has the echo, linked to sharlayan and cid, knows about auracite (still hoping they do something more with that) and still has lots of potential as a character as hasn't been explored fully as to her background and associations. I feel you could write her into msq very easily and she's got a fun personality to work with

As an old, I would love for Matoya to do some amazing magic fabulosity on the scale of Louisoix

23:45 how interesting! I was debating sending in a mogmail asking what you guys thought about Characters like Aenor and Clemence and Hoary Boulder and Coultenet just because I genuinely LOVE the background story they have throughout like Heavenswars patches and such, and I care a whole lot about them. Like any time the Rising Stones was updated throughout ARR and HW and even StB patches I'd always check in, I loved hearing from them

i wasn't paying much attention to the background scions until after Titan, at which point i would go out of my way every time to talk to everybody. definitely worthwhile for gems like Arenvald and Hoary's group, and it was part of what attached me to Moenbryda so fast (besides the being Very Very Gay part lol) because her interactions were vibrant and fun. her drinking Thancred under the table is still a favorite ARR background detail! i don't think they /need/ msq inclusion, but i'd love "Tataru's Grand Endeavor" style questlines involving them! especially if it's linked to side content often ignored by the MSQ, like how one of the most fascinating bits of Ishgard lore is locked behind a quest chain you get by doing Hildy quests!

I think the more immediate issue with the Endless is that our (the Source) souls were being harvested to keep the Endless (9th shard?) "alive"
@BaithNa23 күн бұрын
Why didn't we even try to save the Endless? There's gotta be some allagan tech that could have solved their problem or maybe we could have transferred them into the Crystal Tower like Elidibus

you don't even need to have cleared Eden to get the music rolls! my opinion on ultimates is that if SE won't or can't sanction an event that'd control for cheats and addons, the community should create that space and we can't afford any wishy-washy nonsense, no addons means everybody's playing like a console player in a fully vanilla game. no ACT, no death recaps, or meters, none of that. and honestly, still hate it when non-streaming teams win because part of the draw is the community aspect. so all this talk about level playing fields aside, it's just kinda lame to have a group you've never heard of snipe the win out from a team you've been watching and cheering on. the argument of accessibility mods likely doesn't even apply here, given the fairly limited pool of players that'd actively be able to compete, though i do see the potential issues in this including accessibility aides. that's a different discussion, honestly. accessibility mods 100% have their place, and we need more put into the game as officially recognized features, but if we're meant to care about world first it needs to be an even playing field.

Editing that dot out would've taken a mildly computer literate person 10 seconds and nobody would've known. I use PixelPerfect myself (I do not raid or even do pvp) and thorugh playing with it on and off I've actually found that it does teach you prety well. Rather than develop a reliance on it, I've become better at positioning when I have it off. Mostly via reducing unnecessary movement and panic in situations where I know I'll be fine if I just keep DPSing. Also, yes, the dot stays on your screen like that during cutscenes and that includes mid-battle cinematic cuts. A while back it would also completely break on flying mounts in the overworld but I believe that's fixed. Edit to add: Most plugins aren't even for gameplay itself at all. They're QoL for different aspects of the game that aren't combat. Making it easier to find items in inventories and keep track of what you have, put information you would get from a wiki into the game itself (helpful for people with only 1 screen!) (crafting ingredients, submersible loot, relic grind requirements, etc). Also memes. A lot of memes.
