I believe in the scent control ways to keep your scent down. I have recently came across this channel and tried tried the black walnut juice and had deer walk across my entry path n paid no attention that i had walked through there, it was bout 2 hrs after though. I am not knocking or bashing anyone on here. When you talk about scent control n everything u go through from diet, exfoliating, black walnut juice washing clothes n shower in scent free soaps. How far do u go, do u scent wash ur nightware ( whatever u sleep in, bed sheets n pillow cases). I am just curious. With total scent control i would think u would b careful what u sleep in. My wife would kill me if i went to that extreme. I will have to watch ur entire series. Congrats on all ur deer.

I could hold up big bucks every week but it would be a short series unless I could hold up fork horns and spikes.

I am a scent free fanatic! I go as far as showers, boots,scent loc, deo, etc. And I Still play the wind!!! I see deer almost every sit. I still get busted sometimes but rarely. I only use spray on my bow and boots because scent loc says not to spray their clothing. I just dry them a few times a yr. I have never used those gloves but I will now! Thanks

I love your videos as I am a FANATIC about scent control. Luckily I’m a cyclist (like the Tour de France) so I shave. HAIR holds odor. I shave my legs, arms and chest. Laugh if you want but at least give it a try if you are a FANATIC. I also use NORWEX products, wash cloths and towels. I’ve used DIAL gold unscented for over 20 years as well as Mitchum unscented deodorant. I pretty much do everything you do SCO, I have a little different concoction than the walnut but I’m gonna give it a try for sure! Thank you for sharing! anything to make hunters more successful is what it’s all about!

Use Dawn dish detergent and it will remove the poison oak/ ivy oils every time. The glove is a great tip. Thanks!

I’ll use the gloves and Dawn dish washing detergent. When I know I’m covered in poison ivy. It really works. Thanks and good luck this season.

We just don’t get five year old deer on public land in Minnesota. Doesn’t happen. We do have a lot of black walnuts- so I am trying that tactic this year

What deodorant do you use. I have tried everything under the sun with no success. I can smell myself within 1-2 hours of showering for hunts. I am a sweater, I do get really hot walking in and getting settled in my stand, especially on hang and hunts. Im in shape, former D-1 College athlete and I still train like it!

If it’s warm, and I know I’m going to sweat a lot. Unfortunately a lot of unscented deodorant don’t work as well. But I use dead down wind. What I’ve done in the past is take the dead down wind towels they sell and literally take my shirt off and wipe down again, and put fresh deodorant on. And it seemed like it did help . And I will usually take an extra shirt to change out of. I know it sounds like a lot but I’ll try just about anything to beat their nose just long enough to get a shot.

I like Tom's of Maine non scented deodorant. It's not an antiperspirant but it's a great deodorant.
