Hi again, I must say that I ate everything and anytime of the day. One day I stopped with sugar, ment started and keep it eating twice a day, with 18 hours pause. I ate fish, vegetables with cooked meat. Also took one glass with cayenne pepper daily, I took magnesium, D vitamin, omega and, B vitamins. On the third day have woke up and that morning I had one of the most beatiful days in my life. I mean quality, couse my brain fog disappeared. Was so clean in my head, never before felt so much full of energy. I forgot also to tell, that, I took this energy seeds, those students take, .. student mix or something like that, has Brasils nuts in and so on. I had it that one day and now I'm trying to bring it back again. I know, that was first shock in my rutine, and had so much contrast, have it now, but not so much like the day i wrote about. I followed all yours directions and I can say to everyone that, my energy is for sure is back. Thanks one more time. Keep it up!

I have drastically reduced my sugar intake to drinks only - one tablespoon of Maple Syrup (in masala chai) and one tablespoon of Manuka Honey (in tumeric ginger) per day. Some low sugar fruit too. I definitely have the overgrowth in my gut and inflammatory conditions in my body. I crave sugar and carbs.

what a great video! People don't know what they are eating nowadays. If they stop eating sugars and grains they can get better but they think honey , agave and sweet fruits can't spike their sugar, but they do and that's why inflammation is so much in the body. I started taking care of myself in 2010 because of having burning mouth syndrome and I was miserable with it. I gave up sugars ( even fruits) for 6 months and I felt much better. I do cheat once in a while on sugary desserts but I try to keep it down. And guess what my health is much better. Sometimes, when I visit India then I can't control myself and then I have high blood pressure. My doctors don't believe that I am 66 and have not taken any regular drug medication yet. I take natual remedies and try to eat as much vegetables and food with potassium in it. I came back to non veg diet because of that. I was not taking enough protein and fats but now I am. I am using mustard oil, Coconut oil, and olive oil for my cooking. I do have Osteopenia and I am trying to do some exercises for it, instead of medication that was recently prescribed by my doctor. I am so grateful for doctors like you, Dr, Mandell and Dr. Eric Berg! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! God bless you.

What a fantastic video, Dr. Gupta! 🌟 Who knew that our beloved sugar could be the villain in our health story? It’s like finding out that the sweet, innocent-looking dessert at the end of the meal is actually the mastermind behind all the chaos in our bodies! 🍰💥 Your explanation about how sugar activates those pesky genes that release chemokines and cytokines was enlightening. It’s almost like sugar is the puppet master, pulling the strings and making our bodies dance to the tune of inflammation. 🎭 And let’s not forget the gut microbiome-who knew our intestines were hosting a party where sugar was the uninvited guest, feeding the bad bacteria and causing all sorts of ruckus? It’s like a bad reality show: “Keeping Up with the Candida!” 📺 For those of us who love our morning yogurt, it’s a wake-up call to check those labels! Who knew that what we thought was a healthy choice could be a sugar-laden trap? It’s time to channel our inner detectives and scrutinize those ingredients like we’re on a mission to uncover the next big conspiracy! 🕵♂🔍 Thanks for shedding light on this crucial topic, and for making it both informative and entertaining. Here’s to kicking sugar to the curb and embracing a healthier lifestyle-one less inflammatory bite at a time! 🍏✨ Keep up the great work!
